Ben has established himself as cooking at the forefront of modern Spanish/Italian tapas style cuisine. He released the Salt Yard cook book in 2012 and has had recipes appear in The Times and other major broadsheets.
Ben has appeared on numerous cooking programmes on the Food Network including Ben Tish’s Spanish Christmas as well as Cooking Pork on Channel 4. He has also appeared on Market Kitchen, Saturday Kitchen, Drop Down Menu, Masterchef, Radio 4’s Food Programme and was the face for the British Meat Executives website.
